Delivery takes place by Deutscher Paketdienst (or only as an exeption by Deutsche Post) when all products are in stock.

If some articles are out of stock and you wish however a partial delivery of the already available articles, then you can communicate that in writing to us (email to service@eastwestdvds.de). However, then shipping costs are charged doubly.

Free shipping?
If you have 5 ore more items in your order and pay with banktransfer, the order will be virtual free of shipping costs, because you will get a 3.00 Euro discount. We do NOT give this discount for orders with less than 5 items or with other payment methods (cash on delivery, paypal - credit card).

Shipping to other European countries
The delivery costs are 8.90 Euro per order (flatrate) for shipping to Austria, Switzerland, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg and Liechtenstein.
For all other european countries the flatrate is 15.00 Euro.
